[ARCHIVED] CPD offers student traffic awareness classes

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Clarksville Police Department is offering a free four-hour Student Traffic Awareness class for teens ages 15 to 19.

Class will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 at Grace Nazarene Church, 3135 Trenton Road.

This responsible driving class will cover Tennessee traffic laws; distracted driving; speed awareness; occupant protection; alcohol and DUI awareness; and pedestrian and bicycle safety.

Applications are available here and at Clarksville Police headquarters, 135 Commerce St., Clarksville, and the class is limited to 75 students.

Applications must be returned to the Clarksville Police Department in person; by email to Keriann.delle@cityofclarksville.com; or by mail at:
