CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - The Clarksville Gas and Water customer online bill payment, WebConnect, and pay-by-phone, Utility Billing Line, is down due to a widespread internet outage by the service provider.
It is undetermined how long the internet outage will last; however, the provider is working diligently to restore service. Please check back periodically for online and pay-by-phone payment access.
Customer bill payments may be made in person at our customer service centers located at 2015 Fort Campbell Blvd. and 2215 Madison St. or by using the bill payment drop boxes at the centers.
The Gas and Water main phone line, (931) 645-7400, and the emergency after-hours number, (931) 645-0116, are operational for customer service inquiries and gas, water and sewer emergency calls.
