Clarksville Gas and Water has planned a water outage on Thursday, August 8, at 11 p.m., weather permitting, on a section of Madison Street (Hwy. 41A South) from Highway 76 and Highway 41A Bypass intersection to Country Lane that will affect all tenants in the Clarksville Commons Plaza, Hananoki Shopping Center and the Dollar General Store.
The following businesses will be affected by the water outage.

- Comet Cleaners
- HiRoad Fuel Center
- Woody’s Pizza
- Sango Veterinary Hospital
- Sash Salon
- Larry’s Nails
- Chuckin Clouds
- Quality Cleaners
- Hananoki Japanese Steakhouse
The water outage is planned to allow water valve replacement work and commercial water meter installation work to be done overnight. Low water pressure may also affect the area.
The work is anticipated to be finished and water service restored by approximately 5 a.m. on Friday.
