WHERE WILL WE BE IN THE NEXT 20 YEARS?
The new Clarksville-Montgomery County Comprehensive Plan is the long-range policy document to guide land use, growth, and development.
The plan is the culmination of an extensive two-year process of outreach with residents and stakeholders and analysis of existing growth trends. It lays out a community vision for both preservation and growth within the City and County in coordination with Six Core Plan Elements:
Economic Development; Parks, Natural Resources, and the Environment; Housing and Neighborhoods; Transportation; Utilities, Infrastructure, and Services; and Land Use, Growth, and Development.
The Comprehensive Plan divides the City and County into 13 Planning Areas to address the unique needs and opportunities throughout the City and County.
The Regional Planning Commission is hosting several open houses for public review of the draft plan. Drop by to provide your feedback!
