Due to the weather, the Public Square water outage and road closure planned for today, Jan. 30, at 10 p.m. for water main maintenance has been canceled and rescheduled to Wednesday, Feb.1, at 10 p.m. until approximately 2 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 2.

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water has planned a water outage on Monday, Jan. 30 at 7 p.m. on Public Square for water main maintenance.
Low water pressure may also affect the vicinity during the work.
Public Square will be closed and traffic will be detoured to Main Street and N 1st Street to avoid the work zone. Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to workers and their equipment or to choose an alternate travel route when possible.
The water main maintenance is anticipated to be finished, water service restored, and the road reopened by approximately 2 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 31.
