CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water has closed the outer southbound lane on N. 2nd Street between Marion Street and Jefferson Street for water service line repair.
Traffic will be shifted to the inside southbound lane during the work causing traffic congestion and delays. Motorists are advised to slow down and be alert to workers and their equipment when approaching the work zone or to choose an alternate travel route when possible.
The water service line repair is anticipated to be finished and the lane reopened by approximately 2 p.m.
