This week’s #WorkingWednesday features Randy Ellis, Assistant Chief of the Training Division for Clarksville Fire Rescue.
Randy has been with CFR for 32 years and has played a critical role in helping shape CFR into what it is today.
"Assistant Chief Ellis has been instrumental in re-aligning the training division with the many new initiatives of CFR," Fire Chief Freddie Montgomery Jr. said. "Assitant Chief Ellis has used his years of experience, passion, and expertise in the training division to help navigate our increase in required certifications, specialized response, and newly defined career paths. Assistant Chief Ellis continues to find ways to improve CFR through training!"
Randy is a true professional and loves being a firefighter. He cares about everyone around him and will go out of his way to help anyone.
When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and daughter, Lauren. He also enjoys serving the Lord and exercising in his free time.
Thank you, Randy, for over three decades of dedication to the Clarksville Fire Rescue. CFR wouldn’t be what it is today without your contributions. We are proud to have you as part of our City family.
