CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Clarksville Gas & Water is repairing a water leak on a sixteen-inch water main on Highway 41-A Bypass (Ashland City Road) near the intersection of Old Seven Mile Ferry Road and Pumping Station Road. The leak is causing an area wide water outage and low water pressure for the vicinity.
Highway 41-A Bypass has been closed to all traffic and motorists are being detoured to Old Seven Mile Ferry Road and Glendale Drive. Motorists are advised to avoid Highway 41-A Bypass for the next several hours to allow utility crews to make repairs.
It is undetermined when the water main leak repair will be complete; however, updates will be announced as work progresses.
